Seaspice
An upscale seafood brasserie and lounge on the Miami River with skyline views and a true “arrive by land or sea” vibe. Reserve dock space early—weekends and sunset hours get busy fast.
Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge is a high-energy waterfront destination set along the Miami River, known for its upscale seafood brasserie menu, dramatic downtown views, and a scene where yachts regularly cruise by.
Housed in a reimagined post-industrial warehouse with nautical design touches, it’s a standout for boaters who want a stylish dock-and-dine experience close to Downtown Miami.
If you’re arriving by boat, plan ahead: dockage is possible, but it’s not always “pull-up and tie-off.” Call with your vessel details (LOA/beam) and your target arrival time to reserve space.
