Eligible BoatPass members may qualify for a purchase credit of up to $5,000 USD toward the purchase of an eligible boat through the BoatPass Buy a Boat program.

The maximum available credit is based on the member's actual membership fees paid to BoatPass, excluding taxes, fees, chargebacks, refunds, credits, promotional discounts, complimentary membership periods, and any amounts not actually paid by the member. The total credit available shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total qualifying membership fees actually paid by the member, or (b) $5,000 USD.

This promotion applies only to boat purchases with a final closing price of at least $300,000 USD. Boats purchased for less than $300,000 USD at closing are not eligible.

This offer is available only if the member purchases the boat through a broker or brokerage specifically referred by BoatPass in connection with the transaction, and the transaction is successfully completed and closed. Purchases made through any other broker, brokerage, seller, marketplace source, or direct-party transaction are not eligible unless BoatPass expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

To qualify, the member must:

be an active BoatPass member in good standing at the time of referral and at closing, unless BoatPass expressly approves otherwise in writing;
register with BoatPass as a prospective buyer before entering into negotiations, submitting an offer, or otherwise engaging another broker or seller regarding the purchase;
work through the BoatPass-referred broker for the applicable transaction; and
satisfy any verification requirements reasonably requested by BoatPass or the referred broker.

The member purchase credit may be applied in a manner determined by BoatPass and/or the referred broker in their discretion, including as a closing credit, post-closing reimbursement, commission concession where permitted, service credit, or other promotional adjustment. The timing, method, and form of any credit may vary by transaction and may be subject to legal, contractual, lender, seller, broker, escrow, or closing limitations.

No credit is earned, vested, payable, or due unless and until the applicable transaction actually closes and BoatPass confirms that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied. If a transaction fails to close, is rescinded, is canceled, is refunded, or results in a chargeback, dispute, fraud concern, or other disqualifying event, no credit shall be due.

This offer is non-transferable, may not be assigned or sold, may not be combined with any other BoatPass purchase-credit offer unless BoatPass agrees in writing, and has no cash value except as expressly determined by BoatPass.

BoatPass may require reasonable documentation to verify eligibility, including proof of membership payments, purchase agreements, broker confirmations, and closing statements. BoatPass reserves the right to deny, withhold, adjust, or cancel any credit in the event of fraud, abuse, error, duplicate claims, ineligible transactions, failure to follow the required referral process, violation of BoatPass terms, or where required by law or contractual restrictions.

Boat listings, pricing, specifications, availability, and related information may be supplied by third parties and are not guaranteed by BoatPass. BoatPass is not the seller, manufacturer, broker of record, lender, insurer, surveyor, title agent, escrow agent, or closing agent unless expressly identified otherwise in writing.

$500 Credits - If you become a BoatPass Member during your scheduled Call, you'll receive $500 in Coupons via email (five coupons worth $100 each). These can be used for upgrades or extra hours on your bookings as a Member. Coupons will be valid for as long as you remain a Member in Good Standing. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be combined.

Annual $5,000 Global BoatPass Experiences Credit - Members are eligible for up to $5,000 in Credits each year to use toward Global BoatPass Experiences. Credits may be applied only to Global BoatPass Experiences trips of 7+ consecutive days, at a rate of $500 per day. This annual benefit applies to qualifying Global BoatPass Experiences trips taken within the same calendar year. Credits cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions and cannot be carried over to future years.

Rollover – Any unused Passes automatically roll over to the next month and don't expire as long as you remain a Member in Good Standing.

Guaranteed Availability - If you book more than 7 days in advance, we guarantee that at least one boat in your Category or a higher Category will be available on your desired date in any officially launched city. Holidays and holiday weekends are excluded from this guarantee.

Free Trip for Yearly Membership - A Pass will be manually added to your account within one business day of joining the yearly Membership. This Pass can be used to book a boat in the same Category and for the same trip length as your Membership.

Special Dates Bookings - There are no blackout dates. However, July 4th and December 31st may carry an additional fee for night timeslots due to seasonal market conditions (crew rates increase drastically on those dates). Similar adjustments may apply during certain local holidays or special events, depending on the city.

First Month Discount – The first-period introductory rate is a one-time welcome benefit designed to give new Members who have never experienced BoatPass a reduced first month as they begin their Membership. This introductory rate is offered exclusively to first-time Members who have not experienced BoatPass before and is limited to one per household for the lifetime of the account. If eligibility requirements are not met, or if the offer is used in a manner inconsistent with this purpose, the Membership will be billed at the standard first-month rate. By joining, Member authorizes BoatPass to apply any required billing adjustments to the card on file.

Crew, Gas, Water & Ice – In compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, a captain is provided only for commercial charters with six or fewer passengers. For bareboat charters (up to 13 passengers total, including the charterer and up to 12 guests), the charterer is responsible for selecting and hiring the crew. You may choose your crew from a list of options provided, and we can remit payment to the crew you select on your behalf using your Membership Dues. The charterer is also responsible for fuel. We can remit the fuel payment on your behalf using your Membership Dues. Local trips typically require no additional fuel, although longer-distance or non-local navigation may require an additional fuel charge. Likewise, the charterer is responsible for water and ice. We can remit these payments on your behalf using your Membership Dues.

7-Day Trial – Enjoy 7 days of full access to the BoatPass platform. Browse boats, check availability, and plan your next trip. If you book a trip taking place in less than 7 days, your membership will activate and you will be charged at that time. Otherwise, your membership will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless canceled first.
