Juvia Miami Beach
A signature South Beach rooftop for sunset cocktails and special-occasion dinners—perfect for boaters who dock nearby, then head to Lincoln Road for skyline views.
Juvia Miami Beach is a 10,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant and lounge perched atop the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road structure in South Beach. It’s known for sweeping ocean-and-skyline views, a “night out” atmosphere, and a menu that blends French technique with Peruvian/South American and Asian influences.
For boaters, Juvia is best planned as an after-docking destination. Because it sits on a rooftop (not waterfront at ground level), there’s no dock-and-dine setup—your smoothest plan is to secure a slip at a nearby marina, then take a quick rideshare or walk to Lincoln Road.
Time it for golden hour, dress for an upscale rooftop vibe, and consider a light layer—South Beach evenings can get breezy after a day on the water.

The Experience
Set above the energy of Lincoln Road, Juvia delivers a penthouse-style rooftop experience with indoor/outdoor spaces designed for lingering over cocktails and a late dinner. The venue sits on top of the celebrated 1111 Lincoln Road structure (a Miami Beach architectural icon by Herzog & de Meuron, opened in 2010). Inside, a signature living wall associated with botanist Patrick Blanc adds a lush, tropical design element that contrasts with the modern rooftop setting. The result is a quintessential “Miami night” destination that pairs especially well with a day spent cruising Biscayne Bay.

Best Boater Plan for Juvia

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Juvia is a rooftop restaurant on top of 1111 Lincoln Road, so it does not have on-site dockage. Plan to dock at a nearby marina and continue by rideshare or walking.
Top options for boaters are Miami Beach Marina (300 Alton Rd) for strong ocean access via Government Cut, and Sunset Harbour Yacht Club (1928 Sunset Harbour Dr) for a very convenient run to the Lincoln Road area. Venetian Marina & Yacht Club can also work if you’re approaching from the Downtown Miami/Biscayne Bay side—call ahead for transient availability.
Most boaters take a short rideshare from their marina to 1111 Lincoln Road. Juvia is reached via dedicated elevator access associated with the building—plan a few extra minutes for arrival and check-in during peak times.
It’s best known for sunset-and-skyline rooftop views, an upscale lounge atmosphere, and a fusion menu that blends French technique with Peruvian/South American and Asian influences. The interior design is also noted for a living wall associated with Patrick Blanc.
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially Thursday through Sunday, during holidays, and during major Miami event weeks. If you’re boating in, also confirm dockage with your chosen marina ahead of time.
Expect an upscale rooftop dress code and a ‘night out’ vibe. If you’re coming straight from the water, bring a change of clothes and a light layer—rooftops can get windy at night.
