Casablanca Seafood Bar
A classic Miami River seafood stop with waterfront seating, skyline views, and an easy “river-to-bay” day plan. Arrive by boat, tie up nearby, and dine steps from the water.
Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill (also known as Casablanca on the River) is a longtime Miami favorite perched on the historic Miami River. It’s the kind of place boaters love: you can watch the constant river traffic, soak up downtown views, and dig into seafood that leans on the restaurant’s commercial-fishing roots.
If you’re planning to arrive by boat, this is a convenient mid-cruise stop when you’re running between Downtown/Brickell and Biscayne Bay. Docking is often described as free while you dine, but space can be limited—so a quick call the day of your visit can save time and make your approach smoother.
Whether you’re coming from the river, the bay, or driving in, Casablanca is built for a relaxed seafood meal with a distinctly Miami waterfront vibe—busy, scenic, and best enjoyed with extra time for docking and river conditions.

The Experience
Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill pairs a waterfront dining room with a well-known Miami seafood identity tied to commercial fishing—often described as “from our boats to your table.” The vibe is classic Miami River: outdoor tables, skyline backdrop, and nonstop river activity ranging from pleasure craft to working vessels. It’s an easy stop for a casual lunch, a sunset dinner, or a mid-cruise break before heading back out toward Biscayne Bay.

Frequently Asked Questions
Casablanca promotes that you can dock for free while you dine. Because space and conditions on the Miami River can change, call ahead the same day to confirm where to tie up and whether any limitations apply.
Their river page advertises free docking while you dine. In real-world use, availability is often limited and may depend on your boat size and current conditions, so it’s best to confirm by phone before you arrive.
Bring 2–4 fenders, bow and stern lines, and a bit of extra line length in case the cleat spacing is awkward. Be ready for current, wakes, and tight maneuvering in a busy river environment.
Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Fri–Sat: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Sun: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (per the official website).
Nearby options to check for transient slips include River Landing Marina on the Miami River and Sea Isle Marina in the Downtown/Biscayne Bay area. Confirm availability and rates directly with each marina.
Reservations are recommended during peak dining times. Even with a reservation, docking is typically first-come/first-served, so calling ahead for boat arrival guidance is still a smart move.
