One Island Park Marina
A private, high-security superyacht marina on the MacArthur Causeway at the Miami Beach–PortMiami gateway. Ideal for quick in/out access to Biscayne Bay, South Beach, and ocean runs via Government Cut.
One Island Park Marina (IGY Marinas) is a boutique, superyacht/megayacht-focused facility located on the MacArthur Causeway—perfectly positioned between Downtown Miami, PortMiami, and South Beach. It’s widely known for its intimate layout, discreet atmosphere, and strong security posture.
With limited berths tailored to large vessels (commonly cited at roughly eight superyacht slips and capability up to about 800’ LOA), this is a marina where planning ahead matters. Boaters choose it for privacy, easy access to deep water routes, and proximity to Miami’s top waterfront attractions.
Arriving by water puts you moments from Biscayne Bay cruising, iconic island neighborhoods (Star, Palm, and Hibiscus Islands), and the PortMiami/Government Cut corridor—while staying close to the restaurants, nightlife, and beaches that make Miami Beach a top yachting destination.

About This Marina
One Island Park Marina is an IGY Marinas property designed for large-yacht operations and guest privacy. Set directly on the MacArthur Causeway, it provides a fast gateway to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic via the PortMiami/Government Cut area. The facility is frequently described as intimate and highly secure—an advantage for captains and crew managing high-profile arrivals, provisioning, and guest movements. Because dockage is limited and oriented to megayachts, reservations and arrival coordination are especially important.
