About This Marina
Normandy Shores is best approached as a boating neighborhood rather than a conventional public marina. The island is a man-made, gated community in Miami Beach’s North Beach area, known for its waterfront lifestyle and extensive private docks along the canals and bay edges.
For visiting captains, the main value is location: you’re positioned for quick bay cruising, sightseeing around the Venetian/North Bay area, and straightforward routing along ICW-adjacent waters. Because transient slips and services are not reliably published for “Normandy Shores Marina,” plan to tie up only with confirmed permission and route service needs (fuel, pump-out, shore power, overnight dockage) to nearby facilities.
