Miamarina at Bayside
Dock in the heart of Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay with walk-off access to Bayside Marketplace. Ideal for larger yachts needing quick ICW and Government Cut ocean access.
Miamarina at Bayside is a City of Miami marina on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, positioned on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) near the west end of Government Cut. That location makes it a practical stop for boaters running Miami’s busiest corridors—whether you’re heading offshore, cruising the bay, or timing a convenient downtown layover.
What makes this marina especially popular is how seamlessly it connects to Bayside Marketplace. Step off the dock and you’re immediately surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and waterfront entertainment—an easy “dock-and-go” option when you want Miami attractions without a long ride-share.
It’s also known for accommodating larger vessels and offering deep-water dockage, but availability can be tight. Calling ahead with your vessel specs and arrival window is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during major downtown events.

About This Marina
Miamarina at Bayside is a downtown, deep-water marina rebuilt and reopened in 1997 and operated by the City of Miami. The marina is designed with larger-yacht traffic in mind (often cited for roughly 55’ to 230’ LOA capability) and sits in a high-activity area near Government Cut and PortMiami routes.
Boaters choose it for the convenience: you’re on Biscayne Bay with quick ICW routing, and you’re also directly integrated with Bayside Marketplace for dining, supplies, and entertainment within steps of your dock. Expect a busy waterfront environment—plan for commercial traffic, event surges, and the need to coordinate arrival timing during marina operating hours.
