Bayside Marina

A full-service stop on the St. Andrew Bay / West Bay side of Panama City Beach for fueling up, provisioning, storage, and quick access to bay cruising and fishing. Call ahead for seasonal hours and slip availability.

Bayside Marina is a long-running, full-service marina in Panama City Beach, Florida, positioned on the St. Andrew Bay / West Bay side of PCB—an easy staging point for bay cruising, fishing days, and routes that continue toward local passes and the wider Gulf/ICW network when conditions allow.

Boaters know Bayside for practical, trip-ready services: a fuel dock, a well-stocked ship store with bait/tackle and essentials, and storage options that support quick launch-and-go boating. The marina also promotes a valet-style workflow—calling ahead can help streamline your arrival and get you on the water faster.

Because operating hours can vary by season and holidays, it’s smart to phone the marina before you arrive—especially if you’re planning a weekend launch, need fuel at a specific time, or want transient dockage.

About This Marina

Established in 1972 and described as recently renovated by major marina listings, Bayside Marina blends old-Florida longevity with modern, boater-first convenience. It’s set up for the way many PCB boaters actually use the bay: fuel up, grab ice and tackle, and get moving—without a long run just to reach basic services. If you’re storing a boat locally, Bayside’s valet-style approach and storage offerings are a strong fit for frequent, spur-of-the-moment outings.
