Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Iconic oceanfront luxury on Millionaire’s Row with convenient on-property marina access and quick routes to Biscayne Bay, Government Cut, and Miami’s best waterfront stops.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a Miami landmark—an oceanfront resort on Collins Avenue known for mid-century glamour, high-energy nightlife, and a prime position on Millionaire’s Row.
For boaters, the appeal is simple: you’re close to the Intracoastal/Indian Creek area with access to an on-property dock operation commonly listed as Fontainebleau Marina (Indian Creek dock area). From here, it’s an easy launch point for a Biscayne Bay skyline cruise, South Beach marinas, or a full-day run toward Key Biscayne.
Because dockage can be limited, it’s smart to call ahead with your vessel specs and arrival plans, and keep a nearby overflow marina in mind if you’re visiting during peak weekends or major events.

Your Perfect Boat Day
Suggested boating itinerary (weather & regulations permitting):
• Morning: Arrive and coordinate docking at the Fontainebleau dock. Confirm side-tie vs. slip, shore power needs, and after-hours procedures before you approach.
• Midday: Idle out through the Miami Beach waterways toward Biscayne Bay for a relaxed skyline cruise. Keep an eye on bridge clearances, no-wake zones, and local traffic.
• Afternoon: Head toward the Government Cut/South Beach area for photos and a marina stop (Miami Beach Marina is a popular option). If you prefer a shorter run, reposition toward Sunset Harbour for a Miami Beach-style waterfront break.
• Evening: Return early enough to secure your docking plan and enjoy Fontainebleau’s on-property dining and nightlife without needing rideshares back and forth.
We planned our weekend around the dock and it made everything easy—call ahead, have your specs ready, and you’re minutes from Biscayne Bay and South Beach by water.
