Millionaire’s Row Architectural Cruise
Cruise Biscayne Bay on a narrated sightseeing boat for front-row views of Miami’s most famous waterfront mansions, private islands, and the downtown skyline. It’s an easy, photo-friendly way to see “Millionaire’s Row” from the water.
The Millionaire’s Row Architectural Cruise is a narrated sightseeing tour on Biscayne Bay that spotlights Miami’s waterfront mansion architecture, celebrity-home lore, and iconic skyline views. Most departures leave from Bayside Marketplace, making it one of the most convenient “on-the-water” activities in Downtown Miami.
Expect a relaxing ~90-minute loop past private island neighborhoods and luxury estates—plus big-picture views of the Port of Miami, Miami Beach, and Fisher Island. Boats are typically double-decker with indoor A/C seating and an open-air upper deck, so you can choose comfort or panoramic photo angles.
If you’re arriving by boat, Bayside is a major marina hub—plan your approach, docking, and arrival time early so you can get to the dock and boarding area without rushing.
About This Experience
This is a narrated Biscayne Bay sightseeing cruise commonly marketed as the Millionaire’s Row / Celebrity Homes tour. The route focuses on waterfront mansion architecture and private islands where many high-profile homes sit back from the road—best seen from the bay. You’ll also get standout views of Downtown Miami’s skyline, the Port of Miami’s ship traffic, and islands like Fisher Island, with narration pointing out notable landmarks and neighborhoods. Most operators use large sightseeing vessels with indoor panoramic windows plus an open-air upper deck for unobstructed viewing.

Boat-friendly planning tips
Arrive early to locate the correct dock and check-in area at Bayside Marketplace—boarding often starts shortly before departure.
For the best photos, aim for morning or late afternoon light; midday sun can be harsh on open decks.
Upper decks can be breezy (especially during winter cold fronts). Bring a light layer even on warm days.
Bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses). Sea glare off Biscayne Bay is strong.
If you’re motion-sensitive, pack ginger chews or an OTC remedy—Biscayne Bay is usually moderate, but wind and wakes happen.
Wipe sea spray off your phone/camera lens with a small microfiber cloth for clearer skyline and mansion shots.
Policies can restrict coolers/outside food and drinks—confirm rules with your operator before you arrive.
Best time to go
For comfort and photos, morning and late afternoon departures are often ideal—cooler temperatures, softer light, and less glare. If you want a calmer ride, avoid the windiest parts of the day and check marine conditions; bay chop can increase when winds pick up or when port traffic is heavy.
